Simply because someone can google the words Obama and ACORN and find pages of connection doesn't mean there is one. If I understand google correctly any time someone puts two words in a document or a web page together, they will be brought up when I search for the two words. Maybe I am not doing google correctly. If I googled Big Foot and Truth I would get pages and pages of hits with both of those words and to glance at them, one would think that I was the only one who hadn't seen Big Foot.

When I do google Obama and ACORN, I get hit results and most of them if not all are coming from Michelle Malkin, the crazy one, or Glenn Beck, the crybaby, Bill O Reilly, Limbaugh, the youtube we all saw that said nothing but it was trotted out to say that Obama said the word ACORN. It goes again to prove that if you say somethng is true often enough people start to believe it is true. Conservatives want to tie the President to a corrupt organization and ACORN is the winner. I don't believe that the entire organization from the top down is corrupt and if it is, it doesn't make the President any more corrupt than the Red Cross is corrupt because there have been people working for it who have been corrupt.

Using the analogy of Wal Mart that someone upthread used is silly. Of course we have all gone into a wal mart and had a bad experience with a coupon cop or a rude employee in I will be each state, but does that really make someone think that all Wal Marts hire is rude, coupon cops and employees? Not for me. I choose to believe that those are the abberations and not the norm.

Now as far as the President not wanting to pull out of Iraq completely because he might be assignated, I don't think that is the reason why we are still there. We are slowly pulling out of Iraq and sending more troops into Afghanistan, or at least Marines into Afghanistan.

I had no respect for President Bush at the end. I voted for him the first time and I gave him quite a few chances before I was disrespectful to him. I had a reason other than he was a Republican, I heard all the silly people who said if I couldn't support the office of the President, then leave the country. So, now the shoe is on the other foot. It isn't such a comfortable feeling is it?
