Never been in one and never plan to. Sounds a little uppity to me. That's a lot of money to pay just to be sure everyone 'conforms'. I live out in the country.. rural area. Funny, here we don't pay 'association' dues but all our houses are nice, well kept yards, no junk cars. Wow, and everyone manages to do all this on their own, without having to pay a fee!!!
