Yup, we've been dairy free for 17 years. (myself, DH and 5 kids)
Silk Soy Milk is the best!!
As far as calcium goes, you get more than enough from green veggies (plus other food, green veggies are just higher than others).
We have a friend who has daily migraines. He gave up dairy and the migraines completely went away. Came back as soon as he started eating dairy again.
