Yes this happened to me. I emailed them (I think it was through the Contact Us link in the site) and asked what happened to my points. Said after 30 days (maybe 90 - my memory isn't great) of not posting any points you lose them but they put them back. At the time it seemed like it was a little less than I had but I wasn't sure what I had so I just let it go. Was greatful they put back with no real hassle. Only had to ask once too. Hope it works for you.
