I know you want a job but don't take one that can negatively mark you forever. I'm not getting into a debate on 'decent' jobs versus jobs that make people look down on you - I'm just saying they exist and right or wrong, there it is. I'm just trying to help you avoid doing something that you'll probably wish you hadn't later. Being a phone sex operator is a label that will follow you forever and I think it's a mistake to limit your future opportunities. |
You don't put phone sex operator on your resume you put home call center worker for one thing. So NOBODY would know that I don't tell.
And if working for the Federal Government (the biggest thieves, and liars on the planet who had me tricking people for 5 years) doesn't keep me from getting a job then I doubt "phone actress" or "phone sex operator" or "home call center worker" would do it.
And it is exactly being an actress. Do you think Charlize Theron playing a mentally ill prostitute killer is going to affect her when she applies for a job at Target in 20 yrs? Or a police officer who goes undercover talking like she's a hooker is cheating on her bf or husband?
I am not going to touch myself or engage in sexual acts. I am going to be watching Judge Judy playing on Facebook making sure the dinner doesn't burn while I pretend to be a skinny big boobed scantily dressed woman of whatever nationality they want me to be.
Every single time I go to ask for any job I am acting. I am acting like I am the perfect assistant, retail clerk, caregiver, hamburger flipper or whatever.
If that makes me a liar than everybody applying for jobs is a liar. If you really think I want to spend the rest of my life at McDonald's or Wal Mart or Dollar Tree or the stupid county office I applied at then you're dead wrong.
I see nothing wrong with it. Like I said I'm only acting not doing.
