Wow, that is just infuriating. As a Buddhist, I believe in science first, faith last. Standing over a child, or anyone, praying, while they are in a diabetic coma (or complications from diabetes) is just WRONG!! My uncle died because he was a severe diabetic. He died because he went into a diabetic coma. He was home all alone when it happened, and when he was found, it was wayyyy too late, HOURS too late. He lived alone, and was elderly, and had diabeties for half of his life. His sugar bottomed out, he went into a coma, and a few hours later, he died, on the floor of his own home.

So for adults to stand over a sick child and think that PRAYER is going to do anything, when the body is being ravaged by insulin or sugar, (or any disease for that matter) is just insane! Those people disgust me! Prayer isn't going to do a thing in a situation like this!! I don't get what is WRONG with people sometimes!! How can they think praying is going to help? The article was very short, and it said she was undiagnosed with diabetes. So maybe they didn't realize what was wrong with her, but she was clearly very sick, verry verrrry sick, and obviously their standing around praying like a couple of incompetent parents caused this little girls death. They should have been rushing her to the hospital! IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!
