A child is dependant on their parents to make good decisions, they have no choice in their medical treatment (usually).
It's very upsetting to know the parents got off so easily. How totally irresponsible! I think everyone who was praying over this girl and saw she was in dire distress should also be charged with Aiding and Abetting. (The only one with common sense was the Aunt who tried to persuade the parents to take her to the hospital)
Don't get me wrong, I totally respect the "idea" of their belief, but come on...when you think your child is in a coma it's time to allow Doctors to intervene. Seriously...the argument can be made that God gave the Doctors the knowledge to help us/heal us.
