As a customer, I admit I've been guilty of this. I didn't realize it might make the cashier annoyed. I just figured it was no more work for them to take it out of my basket as it was to take it off the belt. So, what's the problem; is it that cashiers see it as lazy on the part of the customer; or is it that it is more trouble for them?
