Hi. Used to come here years ago. I doubt anyone remembers me. Hope you don't mind me piping in. I think the whole basket thing probably happens a lot throughout the day, and I can imagine that could be very difficult on the left shoulder and trapezius muscle of the cashier over time. I do think she could have been more courteous.
