I guess my first thought is why would this couple want a man to marry them that does not believe in their marriage? Why would you want to have someone *bless* your marriage who had such strong objections. Just heard this morning that the couple hired a lawyer and will be going after $$$$$. What a surprise.
I am not saying what this man has done is right, but I bet we wouldn't be hearing about it all over the news if it had been a black justice of the peace refusing to marry the couple! The media is having a field day with this one...
