Mmm, I cannot WAIT until dinner tonight!!! This morning Dh got some ground elk from a co-worker who just came back from elk hunting out west.
So, I'm making elk meatloaf tonight!! It is going to be so good, my mouth is already watering.
I'll serve mashed taters (from our own potatoes that we grew) and a green veggie, just not sure which one yet.
Dessert can be leftover birthday cake.
