OMG...they credited back my 1300 points from several months ago. THANKS everyone for your help. I had given it up as a lost cause. I just emailed them yesterday and they credited the points back today! YIPPEE.

When I thought about how much time it took to decipher some of those codes and enter them, it made me sick for them to disappear so suddenly.
