I've actually been doing that. Our local shelter has two poms for adoption, but there is a pretty good chance they are gone already. I'm heading over in the morning to see.

I feel really bad for my dear friend. I know she was upset for me, but she's had a pretty bad week with sick kids and now her son's eye. He lost vision in it at 3 years old due to an accident, and now at nine, he just continues to have problems. They are seeing a surgeon on Mon.. Anyway...I know she feels terrible, but has bigger problems than that.
