Smurf, it went through our house as well. The first one to come down sick was our oldest DS, and we did have him tested. He was positive and did the Tamiflu. When Child #2 came down sick with the same symptoms 36 hours later we felt sure we knew what we were up against and got Tamiflu for him after talking to the Dr. over the phone. With a lot of illnesses we'd let things run their course, but one of our kids has a pre-existing condition that could've made it dangerous for him to have untreated H1N1. We needed to know what disease we were battling, specifically.
