I'm looking for a Coconut sour cream frosting. It was equal amounts of sour cream and sugar and I can't remember the rest of the recipe. I do remember that it always tasted better after setting in the refrigerator overnight. The recipe my stepmother had was called "Green Coconut cake". Would anyone have this recipe? Thanks
