I just got a paid survey from them yesterday - I did not qualify however - I noticed that it did not pay 5 points for non-qualifiers as usual and it took me to a page for my next survey which was a sweeps only survey. I usually just delete the sweeps only surveys. Not sure why it would not take your email-the form works for me but you have put in code below the space for the email
