| Ebay Question
On Oct. 3, I sold a lot of 10 liquid soaps to a party in California that I am pretty sure forwards the items to buyers in California. I shipped priority to California, The soaps were taped shut and in zip lock bags. The buyer left my positive feedback on the 5th. Today I received an email stating that 3 of the soaps leaked and could I replace them. I am wondering what to do. Normally, if a buyer had a problem, I would fix it, but it's been 25 days.( I have 100% positive feedback.) And I think shipping to Japan is much different than shipped to US. Any and all thoughts would be appreciated. Is there anything Ebay can do to me.......Should I ask them to mail the 3 back and go from there?
