Today I received an email stating that 3 of the soaps leaked and could I replace them. I am wondering what to do. Normally, if a buyer had a problem, I would fix it, but it's been 25 days.( I have 100% positive feedback.) And I think shipping to Japan is much different than shipped to US. Any and all thoughts would be appreciated. Is there anything Ebay can do to me.......Should I ask them to mail the 3 back and go from there?
Have them send pictures. If they look authentic, either replace or send a proportional refund.
