I was in there yesterday and the woman's and children's Halloween shirts were marked down...I got three shirts for $3.00 each...They had been $10.00...They were in the front of the store near the Halloween decorations and costumes...Costumes were not marked down...There were also some over in the department by the scarves and handbags... ~Lisa
