I'm sorry, we got really busy today and I completely forgot to ask about the conversion program. I will try to remember to ask tomorrow. I'm thinking it may be something that is just available to our university staff, but I'm really not sure. I do think that the person sending you the document should be able to fairly easily save it as a Word 2003 document and then send it to you and you should have no problems with the formatting.
