I'm pretty much computer illiterate. But a while ago I and a lot of the other recipients were having problems reading the Word Documents being sent from headquarters. I don't remember what program the coordinator was using.

As I recall, to fix the problem I did a Google Search and found out how to change the file association for those documents. Haven't had a problem since.
