I made beef vegetable soup this weekend to can and I had a quart that didn't seal. So we'll eat that jar tonight and I'm thinking I'll make ham and cheese quesadillas to have with it since I have some tortillas in the fridge. I'm not sure what ham and chesse quesadillas will taste like (certainly not very Mexican), but I really don't think that a quart of soup is going to fill DH up without something else. I made a couple of apple pies and froze them last month when I was dealing with what seemed to be an unending supply of apples. Maybe I'll bake one of those for dessert.
