Not too much, luckily...I noticed it wasn't working almost right away. 2 packages of pork chops and a few packages of italian sausage (all from the pig we got last year) was pretty much all we had to toss. Was able to save the turkey, several packages of ground beef, 3 pork loin roasts and a few Schwan's things we had. I'm just glad the freezer wasn't packed.
