I've called many times but just receive the fax screech for both numbers. I ordered 3 black(C9364WN (#98) and 3 color(C9361WN (No. 93) cartridges compatible with HP C4180. The color cartridges should be compatible with #95, not #93, unless they are interchangeable. If they aren't I wish to return the three #93 for three #95 compatibles. I need a return approval number but have not been able to receive a response.
