Has anyone delt with these befoer? My mother in law has remarried and has many health issues. Her new husband is making decisions for her,but my husband has a power of atorney. My mother in law has quite a bit of money in differnet accoutns and trusts. My husband wants to be co-trustee on the accoutns, but, her husband does not want him to be. We have our thoughts on why. Anyway, can my hsuband jsut sign himself as co trustee with the power of attorney he has??
