I have had MANY issues with a trust since my dad died and I'm now caring for my mom..She is unable to care for herself and I have had nothing but difficulties with the legal aspects of the trust, despite having legal POA, having my mom declared incompetent etc, designateda s successor trusteee etc....I was actually still trying to correct things at one credit union today, after almost a year after my dad's death.Do you have a private email??
