My precious Staples' $40.20 Reward arrived via USPS presorted standard mail on:
Tuesday, November 3, 2009.

It arrived is an oversized envelope measuring 5" x 9", blue and yellow in color.
The check expires on: 12/31/2009.
On the check it states: Rewards earned since 07/01/2009.

Now, the thing to do is not misplace it or allow it to expire.

Printed below the check is the following:
