I FINALLY had enough points to cash out for a Harry Potter DVD for grandson...
This was on July 18, I e-mailed them about 2-3 weeks ago and no reply received. Has anyone cashed out with them and received their gift, it takes forever to get the points and then not get the gift does not make for a happy camper, especially since grandson knows it is suppose to be coming!!!
