I'm curious about the flavor of the strawberries in the balsamic... what's it like?

We don't have balsamic in the house but I do have two pints of fresh strawberries I just got home from the store with...
Wondering if I need to have DH stop by the store on his way home!

I have actually done the last one with the angel food cake and pineapple bits...I put in drops of red food coloring and baked little pink hearts for valentine's day...they were yummy!
