Yes. For dinner sometimes I take a large roast and put it in the crockpot and pour a large jar of spaghetti sauce overtop and add a few spices like italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper and cook it all day. Turns out like a swiss steak almost. Sometimes we eat it on rolls like barbeque and sometimes we eat it just on a plate like swiss steak. Since it simmers in the sauce all day, its fork tender. Really good!
