how to get shine back on linoleum floor

Long story short- toddler son was going potty- BM's landed on floor and squashed with little feet- it was late at night, I was tired- I was looking for a quick cleaner after I wiped it up- used rubbing alchohol, now I have a big dull spot on my linoleum floor.. what can I do now.. ty!

You can also get these packets of stuff especially for this use.

They are called pH Packets.

You simply mix one packet with 4 gallons of water and put on the floor. When it dries the floor is as shiney as brand new.

It may be to late for this but I just recently read a book on 101 uses for vinegar and it said to use that and water in equal part to put shine back on floor. Just make sure you have good ventilation.
