canning help with cabbage and tomatos

Hi All! We have planted a garden this year that is bigger and better than any we have had before. I know what to do with the corn and beans. I have several ideas for canning salsa, tomatos, and tomato juice (recipes requested).
We also have 30 heads of cabbage that I need to figure out how to put this up. Any suggestion and/or recipes will be greatly appreciated.
So, Lets hear your great suggestions PLEASE!!!!!

Thanks!
Patty

God has blessed our family with such a wonderful garden!

Link to the Ball company website - Homecanning.com -|- Your complete source for all home canning and home food preservation needs.
Link to pick your own but they have great recipes!!! Where to Find Pick-Your-Own Fruit and Vegetable Farms / Orchards for Local, Fresh Fruit, Vegetables and Pumpkins, Along With Canning, Freezing & Preserving Instructions!
I used these recipes for canning my tomatoes last year. I also used the peach jelly recipe.

If you enjoy the Ball site you might want to consider buying theri Bull Blue book canning guide. For me having it in print is easier than reading and searching on the website.

Your welcome and good luck.

How about making Freezer Cole Slaw with some of the cabbage?
It thaws out fast and is very tasty.
