I am a seller also, and have never heard of it.

If you're talking about the program where they give you ebay bucks for every purchase you make on ebay. Yeah, I'm doing that. I've already redeemed once. You earn for X period of time, and then it takes whatever you earned off another purchase you make during the redemption process (any item you can pay for with paypal).

I looked on Ebay for this and didn't see anything. Is it called something else?

I think it was invitation only. I am also participating and its easy. However, I think that some people get a higher percentage than others. My earned percentage is 2% of every ebay purchase. You have to redeem the reward during the specific period and if you don't, then it goes to waste. I didn't have a hard time finding a way to use mine though!

I am a member and get 2%. It is a free to join for those invited and I would make the purchases anyway.

It is indeed Ebay Bucks. I am a member also. I recall this being by invitation only, a while back when it started.
