I created my own ebay template in Microsoft Works and then I host my images at Free image hosting unlimited bandwidth - IMGboot they offer free image hosting and unlimited bandwidth.

There is a relatively new website I've recently discovered. It is free to list and the fees when your item sells are reasonable. They seem pretty friendly. It is very easy also! Check out www.bonanzle.com

I use www.auctionlistingresource.com

You can create template borders. The site is very easy to use. You just fill in your information and link to your pictures. You can use a free site for your pictures like Photobucket.com and then the site generates html code that you just paste into the html tab of your ebay listing when you are creating it. I have created some stylish borders. I used to use Auctiva but they started charging.
