I had an auction end on 5/19

My auction states that payment needs to be made within 48 hours of auction ending. Well, today is the 31st and still no payment.

I have sent numerous invoices, as well as messages to the buyer. In my message I even explained that I would work with them if they needed more time to pay. Still no reply.....

My question is, should I just relist at this point??

Have you filed with Ebay about non-paying winner?

Hi, I've had that happen. I send 2 invoices...1 at the close of the auction and if they haven't paid within 7 days (I specify a 3 day payment) another. If I don't hear from them 3 days after that,(10 days total) I relist. I have had buyers send payment after relisting, in that case I refund their money and continue on with the acution.
I don't understand people...For me, If I'm a buyer, I know when the auction ends, and that I have an obligation to pay, and I want the merchandise. It's like standing in line at a checkout...I realize sometimes circumstances keep us away from the computer, but 10 days is reasonable...jmho

I searched around ebay and realized that I was able to open a "case" for non payment, so that's what I did. I will be closing that case later today (you have to keep it open for at least 4 days), and then I will relist...
