can i down grade from the premier acct to just a regular acct that does not accept credit cards..if so how?

Yes you can but you can only do it once in the lifetime of your account. You do lose all of the benefits of a premier account and if you do business online you can't downgrade because they require you to accept credit cards. If you still want to downgrade this is the phone number they give 1-888-221-1161 HTH
