Maybe she thought you were hand delivering it?! I would email her back with just what you wrote here. What are people thinking, there is only so fast we can go and you are the fastest? Is she new?

Well, maybe she just had a bad day. Why not kill her with kindness. Hello, Your item was mailed Priority Mail on the 24th since your payment arrived on the 22nd and the 24th was the first postal workday after receipt. According to USPS, you received it on the 26th, and I trust you will enjoy it. Regards, Seller |

This is so silly these shipping issues. I have issues with the shipping and the new ratings, I always ship the next day after payment has been made (except Sundays) always, always next day shipping and I have a 4.7 ratings for shipping time, LOL. There is no way I can ship any faster, but for some reason some customers just don't think it's fast enough.

I now have 2 updates in original post: on 9/27, she sends me a message saying she recieved it, Now this morning (9/29), she says she still hasn't received it and is taking it up with the post office please read my original thread to see her exact words of both...... This is CRAZY!!!!!!!! what do I do???? I did reply and tell her that I am confused because she said she received it.

I would write her right back and say that maybe she has you confused with another seller because she had already confirmed that she received it on Wednesday? Then if she says she didn't receive it, or if you want to add some of this letter, it should straighten her right out. Dear Buyer, Your item was shipped with delivery confirmation #123456789 , which as you know, shows the item was delivered on mm/dd/yy. At this point, you need to contact your Postmaster so they can speak to the carrier to determine where they delivered the item. If, after checking with your Post Office you do not find your package please contact me so that we can initiate a mail fraud investigation. Since Delivery Confirmation was utilized, the Post Office will investigate why you never received your package, because someone, somewhere, has it. Mail fraud is a felony and the Post Office takes these types of complaints very seriously. She deserves a negative what a PAIN!

Okay, I put another update from today..... The package is still MIA Question: if she tries to make a claim, will she win? Since It is saying it was delivered, I am hoping she won't. What is the next step? Does she just try and take it up with her post office since they are saying they delivered, but she didn't get it?

Hi Dawny, I've been reading your posts throughout the week. I'm sure she received your package and is just confused because it sounds like she ordered from a couple different sellers at the same time. I think you've handled the situation quite well. As "Dolls" explained, she can challenge the charge on her CC, but as long as you shipped to her confirmed address, you're in the clear. My one suggestion is --- don't leave any feedback until you get feedback from her. I know she's been a pain and somewhat flakey but don't be rash and leave a neg or even a neutral. If the worst happens and she leaves a neg feedback, let us know, there are a couple ways to handle it, without looking like you are retaliating for receiving a neg. Mary
