First time bidders on ebay....

I have been doing ebay off and on for about 2 years. My last two bidders were first time buyers. The first one said he was hving problems with paypal and would pay me as soon as possible and I still have not gotten paid. I am waiting for feedback from ebay and to get my listing fees back. The second person bid when he was at a 0 rating and when he won he was at -1. I finally gave feedback and he was at -2. Now he is at -1 again because he purchased something else and paid right away. Basically I need listing fees back for 2 bidders. How long does this take. Will I ever be refunded?

File w/ eBay Day 8 after end of auction.

How many days have you been waiting? It takes a few days for PP account to become usable (it used to be about 3)?

If you go to your My eBay Page, there is a link called 'Preferences' down on the left side. You can click on that and find the link that says 'Buyer Requirements' and click on 'Show' next to that and then the word 'Edit'... Set up some blocks (ie block international bidders, block if more than 1 negative feedback, block if unpaid item strikes in last 30 days, etc.)

These blocks are really helpful to have in place as a seller!

You can actually close the dispute as soon as they respond. You then get the final value fees credited back immediately.
