Paypal is probably experiencing traffic to the site today because of the weekend so everyone is printing up labels to ship.

Yeah Im a bit peeved at the postage rates. Ins is now $1.70. Priority under 1 lb used to be $4.60 now its $4.80! A whole 20 cents! For that much they better make sure the package gets there in perfect condition!ugh
