Buyer has question for me I can't answer
Any help would be appreciated........Buyer just bought item with buy it now. She says she has a coupon code for free shipping, (She says through paypal) but doesn't know where to put the code. Does anyone know what she is talking about? I know Paypal and Ebay are both at least partially owned by the same people, so I don't know if she really means a paypal code, or a ebay code. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Cholette

When you check out thru paypal there is a box for codes and coupons. I dont remember what page exactly but its there.

I would reply to her, in a friendly tone, that she should contact whomever she got the code from for help.

I would have no idea either, on how to use it.

eBay sent me codes to use for free shipping on PayPal orders. There's a spot on the page on every PayPal transaction thru eBay.
