Any help would be appreciated........Buyer just bought item with buy it now. She says she has a coupon code for free shipping, (She says through paypal) but doesn't know where to put the code. Does anyone know what she is talking about? I know Paypal and Ebay are both at least partially owned by the same people, so I don't know if she really means a paypal code, or a ebay code. When you check out thru paypal there is a box for codes and coupons. I dont remember what page exactly but its there.

I would reply to her, in a friendly tone, that she should contact whomever she got the code from for help.

I would have no idea either, on how to use it.

She should call Paypal if she can't find it.

eBay sent me codes to use for free shipping on PayPal orders. There's a spot on the page on every PayPal transaction thru eBay.
