question about postage
I have noticed at the usps site that there are 2 different charges for postage. One says post office rates and one says online rates....

Does online mean only if you are shipping through usps, or does it also mean paypal??

You actually get a discount by using USPS online whether you go through Paypal or the USPS site. (At least for Priority Mail, I'm not sure about Parcel Post or Media Mail)
