| What should I do???
A buyer with low feedback (newby) bought a very heavy item(21 pounds) from me and it was mailed 6/26. I sent it parcel post which can take forever. They also bought insurance.They have not received the item yet, and the tracking only shows that I mailed it on 6/26. The buyer emailed me and I was sympathetic that it was taking so long. I get home from work today and see that they filed a dispute with paypal. Is there something I should do? I have the receipt from the post office. Any thoughts would be very appreciated. Good and bad. You can respond with DC # to end the Paypal claim from your end. Buyer cannot currently remove a neg. They can update it. In September, a change is coming to let folks revise feedbacks. No mention whether feedback posted before the change will be eligible. Watch ebay announcements. In the meantime, nicely tell buyer DC came through and that you'd really appreciate their changing the neg rating if ebay allows this in September. |
