I recently purchased an item from ebay where, in the listing, the seller 'guarantees there are NO missing parts'. I received the item and there are so many parts missing, it is unusable.

I contacted the seller and he now tells me he sent me all the pieces he had and that's that. He won't do a full or partial refund. ('All the pieces he had' is VERY different from 'NO missing pieces'). I've bought a lot of items through ebay and never had such a rude seller.

I now need to wait 10 days from the auction end to dispute with ebay.

My question is should I dispute with paypal, too? And, I paid through paypal with a credit card....should I dispute with the credit card company, too?

Dispute with PayPal as SNAD, significantly not as described. Sounds like an open and shut case in your favor.

If Paypal doesn't help you, then go to your credit card issuer for a chargeback.

I just filed an SNAD dispute with paypal. I just hate feeling like I'm being mean, but I also don't like someone just saying "Well, you bought it.....that's that!"....especially since I paid $121.50 (not including shipping) for the item.

Yikes!! That's a bit more than I paid for an item that I recently filed a claim on as SNAD. I'd feel no remorse filing that claim.
