I recently purchased an item from ebay where, in the listing, the seller 'guarantees there are NO missing parts'. I received the item and there are so many parts missing, it is unusable. I contacted the seller and he now tells me he sent me all the pieces he had and that's that. He won't do a full or partial refund. ('All the pieces he had' is VERY different from 'NO missing pieces'). I've bought a lot of items through ebay and never had such a rude seller. I now need to wait 10 days from the auction end to dispute with ebay. My question is should I dispute with paypal, too? And, I paid through paypal with a credit card....should I dispute with the credit card company, too? Thanks for listening/helping!! |

Thank you genichols and saturnfan for your suggestions! I just filed an SNAD dispute with paypal. I just hate feeling like I'm being mean, but I also don't like someone just saying "Well, you bought it.....that's that!"....especially since I paid $121.50 (not including shipping) for the item. |
