I received the following error message every time I attemplt to edit. I am selling a few designer items for my bosses wife and set up her own account (I have 179 positive feedback and no negs or neutrals...I did not want to take the chance on someone elses items). I emailed last week (to ask for the restriction to be removed) and have not received a response, I had gone on live ebay help and they said it is a security issue...new seller (only on feedback ...positive and not negs)...I am concerned because I need to correct one of them (there is no inside zipper as stated) and it has a return policy ... that she would accept a return...she does not want that either...
I also wanted to mention that no bids yet.

Any suggestions?

Designer items are super high fraud (counterfeits) and ebay has clamped down hard.
