#2 1231.98 plus 220.00 shipping

NOT one is going to fulfill selling these! what is going on with Ebay????????????

I have to wait 7 days to file a( item not received) because of the large item it takes to ship.
Than wait another 14 days to get an answer WHICH THEY ALL HAVE SAID THEY DECIDED NOT TO SELL IT OR WHAT EVER EXCUSE THEY GAVE ME!)
Than I have to wait until paypal refunds my money 3-7 day s
SO NOW i HAVE GIVEN 3 PEOPLE INTEREST FREE LOANS EACH FOR ABOUT A MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!
I just dont understand this!!!

A week isn't very long to wait, what makes you think they aren't going to send them?


A seller has 7 days to get them shipped, that's not counting the days it takes to acutally get to you, so I wouldn't worry yet. And no one is getting any free loans? You bought, they are shipping, that's just how it works?

Unless I am totally lost, I don't understand what the problem is? Sorry.

No #1 sai dthey thought is was going to go for more money so he wont ship.
#2 said he changed his mind and wont ship,
#3 said it costs too much to ship so he wont ship
they all have my money plus between 150.00- 300.00+ each to ship.
They all emailed me a few days/week later when I ask for the shipping info from grayhound and than answer with their excuses. and wont refund the money yet, 1 even said he spent th emoney and NEEDS time to get me a refund! Its all on my inbox on ebay, but ebay and paypal wont do anything until all of the requirements in time pass and they make /or take the money back from them than I will get mine back, so basically a interest free loan..... I have shipped on gray hound so I know how it works and the most it cost ever is 200.00 but i dont care as long as I get it which all three said NO.

oh got an email also NO MORE MONEY ORDERS ALLOWED ON EBAY

If they admit they will not ship, what is their excuse for not refunding you?

I would contact PayPal directly by phone, and alert them to these sellers.

I did but they say I have too follow the directions and fill out the not received, blah blah b;lah,
I even forwarded and copy/paste all of the emails with what they said, but NOPE have too wait!
Thats why I said Interest free loans! They said (they were nice) that it would be apx 21 days+ before I would see a refund from paypal. I have too wait for each and every time table to get my fees back, and refunds for each.
With the new rules everything takes longer now

Once you file with Paypal they will immediately put a hold on the buyers accounts for the money so the buyers wont have your money for a month. This is the way paypal works and you should have read this when you signed up. Also once you open the disputes you should immediately escalate them. It probably wont take Paypal as long as they give themselves to refund your money if all 3 cases are as open and shut as you say. I can understand your frustration but Paypal takes care of buyers before sellers so you shouldn't have a problem getting your money back. It is possible that the sellers will not have the money still in their accounts. If this happens and Paypal doesnt refund (dont know why they wouldnt if the auctions had buyer protection on them)you can file with your credit card company.

I would also contact Ebay about these sellers methods of practice (Forward all emails). Im not sure Ebay will do anything but they still need to be notified. The Sellers are required to sell the items to you no matter what. Also my hubby purchases RC toys and those prices listed are pretty much what they go for. Shipping is normally high for that kind of item too. So #3's excuse is not valid.

Stand firm in your quest for a refund. The sellers will not come out ahead with what they did.

just a note -- Greyhound is a bus. USPS is the post office, and UPS/DHL/FedEx are shipping carriers.

I *hope* that you didn't ask for the items to be shipped via Greyhound -- which would mean that you had ordered people.

Greyhound also does shipping...their shipping division is called Greyhound Package Express, or something like that. They are known for ground shipping cheap for large/heavy items. My neighbor gets car parts shipped through Greyhound all the time.
