Found it, they don't have one for general questions: "Note: eBay does not offer general phone support." Is a question you could ask here?

Tried live help no response. Maybe someone her has an idea. I bid on an item and won. Seller said certified check or money order accepted which I wanted. I immediately emailed him for name and address. Three emails later still no response. My daughter said leave negative feedback with explanation which I did. Still nothing. This is since Aug 14. Now I've received an unpaid payment reminder from ebay. Filled it out explaining what happened but no response yet. I have over 500 perfects on Ebay and don't want to ruin it because of some a--. My daughter would pay it for me thru pay pal but what would you do. Do you think he will send merchandise? On his feedback it is all good except for me and one other altho some said he did not respond to their questions. Also ebay does not have any information on him. Thanks for any help. As long as you can provide proof you tried to pay, you will not get a NPB. They also can not leave you negative feedback so don't worry.

Your sellers address should have been provided in the email you received from ebay when you won the auction. Did you check that. Did you send your request through ebay messages and not just through their email ebay provides at the end of auction? If you didnt that may be the problem. A lot of email providers filter out what they consder spam and sometimes non spam items are filtered out by mistake. Your seller may also have bypassed ebay messages. Did you check your spam for a message. Now if you did communicate through ebay messages and they ignored you, then IMHO you are better off that you didnt send the money order. You do not have to worry about getting negative from the seller since they dont allow sellers to give buyers negs anymore. And if you end up getting a strike, just appeal it and they will take it off.(only if you have never had a strike before). |
