hi everybody!

I used to sell on ebay, I had some very good sales but I also had good stuff that just sat there without bids. I came up with the idea to start a blog and sell through the blog.

I looked for people already doing this but can't find any. Much of my stuff is one of a kind and I think with a good description search engines will pick up the post and hopefully lead a buyer to me.

What do you guys think? has this been done and if not, why not? Of course the audience would be smaller and buyers couldn't leave feedback but if they use paypal the protections are probably the same. It wouldn't be an auction but more like the ebay store, except this would be FREE (I would use blogger.com)
