I filled out the form for my credit back a week ago. she still hasnt paid and its been a month since she won the item. now what happens? believe it or not, this is the first time I can remember dealing with this after being an power seller on ebay for a very long time.

Unfortunately, I've been getting a lot more of these now that sellers can't leave feedback. Many of them are longtime ebayers.

You can close out the dispute in the dispute console to get your fees back.

Close the dispute by requesting your fee credit.

Otherwise, you get no credit and the npb gets no strike.

I just had two of these....getting more and more non payers all the time and some that are now coming up unregistered! Unreal!
