There have been so many changes in Feedback, that I'm not sure I have this answer.

Buyer makes a BIN purchase - never pays - item not shipped - dispute filed - BUYER RESPONDS "I didn't think it would be a problem" - I respond - no further word from buyer - I close dispute and leave a strike.

Is Buyer able to leave negative feedback?

Since she responded to dispute, eBay will not remove it.

Is that all correct?

I think you're correct, she CAN leave you any kind of feedback she wants. And you can leave her only positive feedback. Don't you just love the new and improved eBay???

As long as they respond to the dispute, they can leave feedback.

And people wonder why I've moved all my online sales to Neoloch. Sure its small, sure there's less traffic - but boy oh boy are there less hassles. And since I signed up for google checkout - at least some of my auction items have shown up in google searches so I've had somewhere between 100-200 in sales this month.

Evay is hurting financially and is trying to keep buyers.

I heard or read somewhere that Ebay is or has laid off 100+ employees. their own greed is going to shut them down.

Their greed seems to be keeping them making more and more money, they seem to be getting into financing in a big way.

Hi...I had this happen...Someone bought..Never paid...FIled Dispute...They did respond in the dispute..They then left me neg fb...Ebay removed the neg sign (it didn't count) but it still stayed on my fb page...BUT...Ebay put that buyer did not pay for item or something along those lines underneather their neg fb remark...So it is there...but no neg/pos mark., with ebay saying they didn't pay.

I read a while ago that ebay may void the buyer's feedback in certain instances. Like if they state a legitimate reason for not paying.

For instance, if the non-paying buyer says, "Bad Seller, tried to charge me $5 more to ship than stated in auction" ... or "seller told me in email that he doesn't guarantee the purse is authentic" ...the feedback will still count.

But if they say, "I changed my mind and seller didn't care" ... or "I found one at Wal-fart for less"... the feedback will not count.
